We shall also ensure a review of Quality Management System effectiveness at least annually or more frequently as necessary. We are committed to applying the principles of ISO 9001:2000 and ensuring client satisfaction through a process of continuous improvement. This policy sets a framework within our management system for the setting of quality objectives and their review. All employees shall be made aware of the quality objectives. All employees are encouraged and supported by appropriate training to provide the quality of service required by our clients.
